I stayed at the hotel with my wife since 6 February and checking out today . Suite 303. Wonderful heritage hotel , amazing location , clean , good diverse food . Staff is very friendly . Wonderful vibes especially the breakfast at the roof top . I will definitely be back again and recommend it for all . Unfortunately I don’t have the names of all the professional staff . I remember Maitre Ashraf , Mahmoud Reagan and Mohamed . Thank you for making my wife and my vacation an unforgettable memory

I recently spent some time at the rooftop, and it was such a lovely experience! Everything was super clean, nicely set up, and the whole place had a really chill, welcoming vibe. I especially want to thank Asmaa from the reception team ,she was amazing! So friendly and professional, greeted us with a big smile, and was super helpful the whole time. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to relax and enjoy some great service. I’ll definitely be back!

It was a very nice hotel and the view was magnificent. The staff is so friendly, specially Sara Yahia. I didn’t like that every single detail in the room has extra cost, we thought that the tea and water besides the kettle in the room are free (as it should be, like any other hotel and no price was clearly mentioned beside them), but when I was making the check out, the receptionist told me that the 2 water bottles beside the tea have an extra cost and the price was hidden in the cupboard over the minibar!!

This magnificent and majestic hotel is situated on the sea front with the most beautiful views from the room and from the roof top restaurant. It used to be a king's palace and was converted to a hotel in 1906. Upon entering I felt like I was in a 1950's film. It was like being transported back in time. The security staff at the entrance were accommodating and so kind towards us. A special thanks to the very tall Mohamed and the rest of the staff. Also thanks to the lovely staff at reception - Ahmed, Youssef & Reem. Another special thanks to Ahmed who bought our suitcases up to us & got us a taxi & who was very kind and helpful & to Amr Ibrahim who got us a taxi as well and for his kindness too. An extra special thanks to the lovely, kind & knowledgeable Christina from Guest Relations who gave us a very warm welcome to the hotel that included a flower for me & the most delicious mini macarons, biscuits and other pastries. We also had a delicious complimentary Hibiscus juice & more biscuits on the night before we left. On our departure day, we met Meena, also from guest relations, who was so lovely and kind as well. Thanks too to.all the housekeeping staff for their hard work. The lift is old fashioned and thrilling to go in. First there is a security gate and then you open the door on.both sides. Our room was spacious and clean with a breath taking view of the sea and city. We also had a small but adequate balcony. The bathroom was clean and super too. The Blue Harbour rooftop is wonderful. The staff are accommodating, kind and lovely. The food is fresh and delicious. The shrimp caesar salad is the best as is the Lebanese mezze starter. The Sunshine (7 up and cherry syrup) and the Sunrise (7 up, lemon, grenadine syrup) cocktails are refreshing and yum. My best was the Breakfast Buffet. A huge variety of cereals, best cooked oats, fruit salad, yoghurt, hot foods that include yummy chicken sausages and beef too, foul mesdames, potato, hard boiled eggs etc, then the lovely Chef Kareem makes delicious omelettes, thete is an Oriental breakfast too...cheeses, cold meats, salads etc & saving the best for last is the breads, baguettes, croissant, assortment of pastries & the most delicious mini plain & chocolate pancakes filled with a custard. Yum cappuccino too. If you would like exceptional and precious staff, mouth watering foods and beautiful sea views, I urge you to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended

If you like vintage place, so this is one of the best to stay. Staff are so nice, smiley & cooperative, we would like to thank especially Mrs Amany from room service for her professionalism and politeness, also I would like to thank specially Mrs Reem Amr and Mr Mustafa for their support to us during our stay to make it exceptional. Location of the hotel is direct sea view and in the middle of the sea shore crescent view! The view all the day is exceptional! They have also a very nice rooftop restaurant with fascinating view all over the day and at night it is very nice place also to spend your time.
